Heli’s Technology Center is among the first 100 national-level enterprise technology centers approved by China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and three other ministries in 1995. In 2005, it was further recognized as one of the first 118 national enterprise technology centers by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
